Yeah sorry mate wasn't having a pop or anything it's just one of the many great sounds that you can get away with mid-week that you would never hear out at a BIG do.
5p ??? I knew i was being ripped off by either Croasdell/Clarkie or Rounce ....I would have paid at least 25p for mine ....gutted
I used to play this at sitc (old blue last days) & I'm sure that many would have played it in the small clubs around the country where cost wasn't the main factor in playlists, (which is probably why it was never a BIG sound - too common) yet another buy in the 70s from the marvelous Cheapos Cheapos market stall in Berwick Street
Don't have any problem with anyone playing 70s even the current "craze" of playing disco commercial hits...................I just don't want to be in the same club the same week
For 1) maybe I didn't know the US price
2) Since when has a price on one label had any bearing on the price of another
3) If you've nothing constructive to say why don't you just butt out !
I bought an "almost mint" Atac copy a few years ago that I believe Torville & Dean used to practice their spins on & apart from a bit of a crackle on the run in grooves the sound quality is fine ....or at least I've never thought any different although i don't have a Mala copy to compare
I was playing it at sitc & Solid Hit for couple of years & almost nobody knew it....probably too common to play ha ha, I was happy to give manship 70 quid couple of years ago anyway........I've always said a fool & his money etc
Lyn Romans father had the surname Griner did she change her name to avoid a "name clash" or are they one & the same ? Can't for one moment imagine that they are but at the same time you can't help wondering ?
Great DJ brilliant taste, odd socks & red spex
Above all a modest & friendly bloke, never thought he was above talking to the common or garden Soul fan.

One boot of HH on Spar had an old boring plodding instrumental which for the life of me I can't remember the title or artist.
Don't know if it was booted with Push away on the flip?
