Just Put An Offer In On This - Before Checking
i've seen quite a few of these go though ebay recently so probably a small find and hence why price seems lower now than previously.

Black On White Affair - Sweet Soul Lady
somebody got mine just at the right time then. I had it a long time and price remained steady. I did always suspect it might go up one day looks like my suspicion was right. its the speed that it happens that sometime scatches me out. And where the demand suddenly comes from ? is somebody now DJ'ing this record on a regular basis I never heard it in a club.

A Night Of Ballads
lets hope a night like this does get going. paul has the idea about crack ojn coulnd't be drop dead slow deep all night would need a few variants in the style to keep it fresh. some polished 70s ballads and a few mid tempo bits thrown in.

Black On White Affair - Sweet Soul Lady
I sold a copy on here in 2010 for something like 40 to 60GBP. its one of those that could go up in price one day but I don't think it has yet. I saw a very expensive copy recently but thought it was way off the mark. you will get one if you are patient.

Nelson Sanders - This Love Is Here To Stay
and the other 2 tracks that didn't get releaszed until the 80s on soul king are also very good I would agree on valuation of between 50 and 60GBP for this 45.

2 Of The Most Exciting Semi Known Rarities On The Scene
yes agree here the lyrics do have a secular meaning but its not to obvious or in your face. we have to draw the line somewhere or we might as well pack up gouing to soul nights and start attending church.

the track played in soul or nothing room on sat sounded realy good.
-
Deep / Crossover/ Modern/60's
some nice deep soul on that list does the music play through fine where the SW has been sprayed or does it make that side unplayable ?
-
Shipments From Japan
did have a parcel from japan take a bit longer than normal when we had the bad weather but I expected that to be honest. also got one on the way now so will see how long it takes.

Bessie Banks On Quality
If this was 30 quid now i'd buy a copy as well.
-
The Locations
2 there from same seller in 2010. But that doesn't realy mean anything in the scheme of things. those last copies went much cheaper than I nexpected this record to sell for. I might keep an eye out for a copy myself
-
The Locations
its a very very hard record to find and as a result its probably very expensive as well.

Ernie Johnson And The Soul Blenders - You Got To Be Faithful And True - Duplex

-
The Locations

-
Ernie Johnson And The Soul Blenders - You Got To Be Faithful And True - Duplex
there is a brilliant harmony record that cam out on duplex and then national on atlantic called "one chance" can't remember who its by thoguh. Its the flip to a funk track called "is it funky enough" duplex was based in 2 different cities. the is also a good deep soul track by willie clayton.

C Alexander "pay Them No Mind"
and there I was thinking I had the first label found copies on leo, guyjim and firebird but not this label you just mentioned. I did see the old thread but just skimmed though it didn;t read it properly.
-
Bill Wright - You Put A Spell On Me On Tragar
what a fantastic double sider and thats a steal at that price. tough to find a clean copy.
-
C Alexander "pay Them No Mind"
thats the label I opted for the soul snob in me thought its best to go for the original label where possible
-
C Alexander "pay Them No Mind"
c alexander "pay them no mind" any DJs played this over the years ? seems to be a cheapish 45 available on about 3 labels but I only came across it last week for the first time and thought it sounded very good. The more uptempo flip sounded OK as well but not quite as strong to me. certainly good enough to buy a copy
