did have a parcel from japan take a bit longer than normal when we had the bad weather but I expected that to be honest. also got one on the way now so will see how long it takes.

2 there from same seller in 2010. But that doesn't realy mean anything in the scheme of things. those last copies went much cheaper than I nexpected this record to sell for. I might keep an eye out for a copy myself

its a very very hard record to find and as a result its probably very expensive as well.

a very good record how long have you been looking ?
  10. there is a brilliant harmony record that cam out on duplex and then national on atlantic called "one chance" can't remember who its by thoguh. Its the flip to a funk track called "is it funky enough" duplex was based in 2 different cities. the is also a good deep soul track by willie clayton.
  11. bump bargain here for somebody
  12. and there I was thinking I had the first label found copies on leo, guyjim and firebird but not this label you just mentioned. I did see the old thread but just skimmed though it didn;t read it properly.
  13. what a fantastic double sider and thats a steal at that price. tough to find a clean copy.
  14. thats the label I opted for the soul snob in me thought its best to go for the original label where possible
  15. c alexander "pay them no mind" any DJs played this over the years ? seems to be a cheapish 45 available on about 3 labels but I only came across it last week for the first time and thought it sounded very good. The more uptempo flip sounded OK as well but not quite as strong to me. certainly good enough to buy a copy
  16. marc copage "talk talk talk" merging ex condition 60GBP delivered samel label as ella woods and still not widely known. A nice funky soul record that would appeal to both funk and northern DJs. quite hard to find. by PM please if interested regards, dylan
  17. SOLD thanks for looking.

I think prices in general are down on last year then I watch things sell for realy high prices on ebay so i think its all over the place right now. for example don varner "sweetest story" sold last night on ebay for $11 I rate it quite a bit higher. the freddie scott record on shout should be a fiver but a few have sold for considerably more.

too good for the oldies crowd probably too slow as well but a realy ncie record. prices will vary a lot on something like this. You could get lucky.
  20. Buddy Miles & California Raisins "What does it take" Priority Ex condition purple vinyl copy of this uptempo modern track. 40GBP delivered paypal as gift preferred payment by PM please if interested regards, dylan
  21. does it also put the recorsd on the decks and queue them up ?
  22. I very nearly won one of these myself........ saw a few copies sell last year and just assumed sombody had found a small batch. wasn't there some uncertainty on the grooms 45 reagarding how old or new the pressing was a few years ago ? I had a copy with severe heat warp on the edge which I managed to totally trash trying to repair it.
  23. just to add I think the swet soul flip on skip jackson is very good making it a worthy 2 sider also hoping to make the 29th all nighter if all things go well. Nothing sorted yet as usual usually a last minute job
