  1. marc copage "talk talk talk" merging ex condition 60GBP delivered samel label as ella woods and still not widely known. A nice funky soul record that would appeal to both funk and northern DJs. quite hard to find. by PM please if interested regards, dylan
  2. SOLD thanks for looking.
  3. I think prices in general are down on last year then I watch things sell for realy high prices on ebay so i think its all over the place right now. for example don varner "sweetest story" sold last night on ebay for $11 I rate it quite a bit higher. the freddie scott record on shout should be a fiver but a few have sold for considerably more.
  4. too good for the oldies crowd probably too slow as well but a realy ncie record. prices will vary a lot on something like this. You could get lucky.
  5. Buddy Miles & California Raisins "What does it take" Priority Ex condition purple vinyl copy of this uptempo modern track. 40GBP delivered paypal as gift preferred payment by PM please if interested regards, dylan
  6. does it also put the recorsd on the decks and queue them up ?

I very nearly won one of these myself........ saw a few copies sell last year and just assumed sombody had found a small batch. wasn't there some uncertainty on the grooms 45 reagarding how old or new the pressing was a few years ago ? I had a copy with severe heat warp on the edge which I managed to totally trash trying to repair it.
  8. just to add I think the swet soul flip on skip jackson is very good making it a worthy 2 sider also hoping to make the 29th all nighter if all things go well. Nothing sorted yet as usual usually a last minute job

    no naoya meant nancy day
  10. someones gonna get a bargain
  11. the vocal on the deep side is quite good but the backing track is a bit generic. Didn't blow me away but i'd buy a copy if it were cheap.
  12. not if the questions are anything to go by............ snipes will be set.
  13. december was a nightmare for post I guess this is the tail end of the backlog. I was stressing out over a couple of purchases but they did arrive eventually !!!
  14. Quite right. I had a couple of cracking bargains at last lifeline. but I do like buying on in ternet you can relax i your own home and listen to mp3s if you don't know stuff. Listening on headphones in venues is very difficult so I tend to go for things I already know or artists I know deliver. i'm sure that freddie scott is a good double sider going from memory ? its stuck away in an old box somewhere.......
  15. some reduced in original list. want a couple gone.

I'm assuming it will be belt drive.
  17. its certainly not the typical hi sound I associate with willie mitchell but I like the ballad side "if you haven't got love"
  18. same here tommy I paid $10 for mine. far better when these records are ignored cheapies that peolpe don';t talk about and push the price up.
  19. I assume robert thomas on venture has already had its time as a fairly well known dancefloor filler ? a couple of copies just gone through ebay relatively cheap and the deep soul flip is incredible. banny price "monkey see monkey do" would be my tip for an instrumental that could have some success. It sounds awesome to me. nice to see roy roberts on linco being tipped now i've sold mine
  20. he's in the UK somebody might know him ? everybody has to start somewhere on ebay. I just sold to a zero feedback buyer and he paid no problems.
  21. 4 and a half on tuska steve.
  22. I completely missed the one on note. That is a new record to me i've never heard it or heard of it. I was under a self imposed record ban for most of last year due to excessive child care fees but i'm watching ebay a bit again now.
  23. "innocent bystander" is bloody great as well but I can't remember the label I had the shout 45 but it just didn;t have the killer edge for me it lacked something ? the tuskas are fantastic that must be one of the great small labels.
  24. I paid about $6 on ebay in 2009 so it didn;t have much demand then.
  25. those radio shows were responsible for breaking so many tunes. They were awesome. but this wasn't one of the better ones its average at best. B Young and J Hill "its got soul" now thats a record
