Happened to me once - I bought a Pink Decca demo of Lee Roye - Tears off Ebay and when I got it it was the MCA pressing with a copied label. Obviously went straight back to the seller. Funnily enough he didn't think he'd done anything wrong - he seemed to think I should have guessed it wasn't genuine based on the price I won it at!
