the rare soul scene surely goes back a tad further than the tunes you mentioned i think it all started with the mod and proper early r&b scenes in the early/mid 60s then just evolved into "northern soul scene" as time went on.

£125-150 ish for an rca usa white demo i think??,usa black rca issues are tough to get saw one on a list recently for about £500 i thought it was a bit pricey though,not sure if it got a legal rca reissue in the uk or if it was ever booted if it was would be about £4-5.

i have been offered from the usa a copy of just like the weather,nolan chance on constellation c-161 its a vinyl copy mid/dark blue with small silver stars or dots under the constellation logo it has c65-279 and urj or hrj stamped in the "weather" side run out it also has a thin outer edge this is what the seller says it does looks like a couple of the copys on popsike and i have used this seller before and the 45s have all been ok from him,if this has been done on s/s before can someone find me the link thanks.

just loving you,ruby andrews on zodiac was a soul pack thingy had loads of them kept one (thankfully)wrong tempo at the time along with a load of other tunes,gave away or traded the rest now a classic..imo

im sure my mate sold a slightly cracked styrene copy of laine hill,time marches on new voice at a st ives all-nighter for £100 in the mid 70s when it was a big sound to mr brian rae..hic..hic...
