Firstly a big Thank you to all who attended the Soul Shack last night (Saturday 6th August). As I always say, without you we are nothing. Every month I am flabbergasted by the event, the people, the feedback and our guest DJs that seem to pull out a PB for the night. Martin and John, we all know, did what they seem to find so easy to do and played, from the off, to an appreciative and hungry crowd. Our guest for the night, Micheal D Cooper to give him his full name but Coop's to us, was fantastic. Nothing but praise from the feet on the floor and the few bums on seats. Love the guy and his music, a definite for a return visit. It was my honour to follow these 3 luminaries and finish off the night. 10 past 1 before we finally turned up the lights, could probably gone on for longer but I need my beauty sleep. Apologies for those that couldn't find there way as their Sat Navs took them miles away but the Post Code on the Flyer is correct, the Sat Nav people have it wrong !! Once again a huge thank you to you all and Soul Shack will return next Month with Mr Dick Krop, a collection of records anyone would be proud to own. Terry XX Link to review
