After 8 years at the Shirt Club and following our summer break we have now moved to a larger venue with better facilities, including a brilliant dance floor.
This month the resident DJ's Bob Spendlove & Dave Cartlidge are supported by Bernard Lowe who has a great collection, built up after many "digging trips" to the States and Sam "The Reverend" McConnell who is no stranger to the decks in Radcliffe prior to leaving the town for his new life in Thailand.
Musically we have built up a very respectful audience who appreciate the music we play, all on original vinyl, from Classic Oldies, Rare 60's & 70's, Crossover, Motown and unknown acetates. Our main ethos has always been to focus on the quality and history of what we play and to the creativity of artists who have recorded up-tempo dance music. By booking some of the UK's most knowledgeable and experienced Collectors / DJ's as guests our reputation has been greatly enhanced.
Please note the venue is less than a mile away from the Shirt Club and a two minute walk from the Metro station in Radcliffe which is very convenient.

Unfortunately this night is cancelled.
Due to the heat wave and August being one of the hottest month's, after our last one in June some comments we received from people that have supported us for many years Due to the old venue not having Air conditioning we have thought about this long and hard and decided to cancel.
We hope you understand & hope this don't cause anyone, any problems ie people booking accommodation time off work ect.
The guest djs have been notified and fully appreciate what we're doing.
We have fans on stage and all doors open but June was bloody 🔥.

The Harold's got it all - a warm welcome & fab, friendly atmosphere; great sound system with request-friendly DJs - if they've got it with them, they'll play it for you!  There's a top-notch dance floor with absolutely no need at all for talc; bar prices at WMC rates; large car park with cctv & good transport links too. It's situated on the main road, with easy access from Chain Bar Roundabout, regular busses from Bradford, Brighouse, Leeds & Huddersfield & it's also close to Low Moor train station. There's even a nice hotel (The Guide Post) less than 10 mins walk away for those who fancy making a weekend of it!                                                                                                                    
We tend to limit numbers to 120 max in order to make sure everyone has a seat & also a space on a not-too-crowded dance floor, so please be early to avoid disappointment.

Playing the best in Across the Board Soul, 60s, 70s, Crossover and Modern Soul.
If you haven’t been before you’ll get a warm welcome and a great night of soul music.
The postcode will take you to the Miners Arms PH, the entrance to our club is via Ravenhill Park on the opposite side of the road where you’ll find a large car park with CCTV.
If you want to take advantage of the very reasonable bar prices, there is a Premier Inn and a Travelodge near by.
This month promises to be another belter with Colin Sumner (Bradmore) and Ian Rodgers (City Rhythm) guesting for us.

For the foreseeable future, Crawdaddy! will have to end promptly at 1am instead of 2am.
This is due to complaints from local residents about the noise levels (Not on Crawdaddy! nights). While the council investigates, the venue must close at 1am.
We will keep you posted.
