As today is Global MND Awareness Day what better day to make your donation to the Lycra Clad Soul Boys (and girl)!

The 154 mile ride from Bristol to Nantwich is now only 5 weeks away (Yikes!) and we have all been putting in some tough miles in readiness for this fantastic occasion! We are all riding in memory of our dear friend and all-round nice-guy Paul Thrower who sadly succumbed to this terrible disease in 2016.

Remember, tickets for the evening event at "Dab of Soul" are still available.
