The Northern Line Guest Dj Phil Dick - Warrington

WOW, WOW, WOW, where do I start, well I'm gonna start by thanking the 250 plus soulies who came to the northern line, you all made the night what it was, the atmosphere was fantastic and the dancers was some of the best in the country in my opinion, but I want to apologise to the one's that couldn't get in at 9.30 we just couldn't let anymore soulies in, so I apologise, but a decision had to be made, and in all the time I've been running the northern line I never thought I'd have to make that decision, the travelling soulies came from all over the country from Scotland, leeds Bradford Chesterfield Mansfield Manchester stockport Wigan leigh warrington and the Midlands awsome, The guest DJs on the night was Phil dick and mark Sharrocks, and what sets these lads did, Tommy Johnson our resident DJ was on first and from his first record he had the dancers on the floor, and there was some great dancers in the northern line last night , he gave them some cracking records to dance to, next up our first guest dj was mark Sharrocks and what a set he did with records like the phonetics, Larry Clinton Johnny mae Mathews just to name a few, and the dancers loved it and the floor was packed throughout his set, Mark will be back in November as our guest DJ, I'm looking forward to that, next up was Phil dick, Phil as one of the best record collections in the country and I'm sure he brought them with him absolutely fantastic, the records he played was Melvin Davies rarity's, lester Tipton, Dennis Edwards, just to name a few awsome and he'll definitely will be back at the northern line again, our next event will be on Saturday 26th February when we bring you our guest DJ Pete Eccles,  Pete has a fantastic record collection and I can't wait to see him at the northern line, we hope you can make it ktf Moz & Cheryl, Dean, Tommy, Jon, jule, & Carl 

Long long time since we went to a lock out soul night !

A great night with a boatload of lovely people having a really good time.

And a Quality set from Mark Sharrocks with some absolutely sublime records.

Best set i’ve heard in a long time. By a mile !

Fantastic night at the Northern Line.

Great sets from all the DJ's,some superb tunes played during the night.

Fantastic crowd in from all over the Country and full of top dancers,

great to see mates,friends and everyone,together with some nice

catch-up's.

Thanks Moz and crew,a truly memorable night,a hard to beat packer.
