If anyone has a copy, as reasonably priced as the one that finished yesterday (see link) I'd be very grateful. I wouldn't have minded but the seller is an old friend and if i'd known the price, i would have begged him to have banged it on a buy now with a few quid extra as a sweetner. Wounded!!!
