Just wondered if this 45 was ever covered by another group. Im sure ive heard another version!??

Hi yeah there are 2 versions , both by the inspirations , both are in refosoul if you wanna compare , other version is titled "Treat myself to a new love" both great imvho biggrin.gif the alt version was never released , except on Goldmine WD's as far as i know xxxxxxx

neither take was released originally, both are Mercury acetates. One take was released on Benn-X by Dave Brown (think it was him) about 10 years.

The Benn-X 45 is well worth seeking out, used to be a tenner but don't know now. The flip is also a gem! Got it filed with my original USA 45s

this always gets listed as a re-issue but in my book (sorry you can't buy it (my book that is)) as this was previously unissued (except on an acetate) this must be the original and is well worth it's £10-£15 price tag

On principal ,i would,nt buy owt off this merchant,peddling all those boot's!
