logged on to JMs auction site and saw Vala Reegan currently at £608!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh my god,,,not only have i changed my mind but also cant believe some one would pay this ,,,vala and art freeman were one of the easier ones to get when i started to collect the label,,,there are some real obscure releases on the label....

theres only the Vamp Green Pea 45 and the 2 led zeps that i dont want anyway plus the wilson pickett 45 neeed for the complete run....

it was great collecting this label and theres some brill psychadelic stuff on the latter releases....

Just take no notice, it's an auction, two people bidding against each other. Ask someone who does regular set sales of UK labels like Will Johnson or Mick Smith and they'll tell you it's worth between 175 and 250 quid.

There must be a few copies about as there are two pressing runs, one with push out centre, one with solid centre, or did they do like half and half at the same time, anyone know?

Finished at £822. Now that's a real result for someone!.

Expect to see a few "Buy-It-Now" sales for £??? shortly

British stuff has gone crackers i dont buy many now unless its the right price p.s.anyone got a mint Hoagy Lands on Stateside
