True...this one was recorded on February 9th:

The Ambers

66VK260/1 Now I'm In Trouble / I Love You Baby

They also recorded these two sides on the same day, but they remain unissued:

66VK258/9 The Key To My Happiness*** / Loving You

***- Considering the credits it is safe to assume that this is a version of the Charades MGM classic!!!

:D

Three of my favourites, Williams and Ledbetter the best on this label for me :D

I have thought for a long time that MGM must have some great unrealesed tracks.

Like the above record there could be different versions of known records etc..

The "RARE, COLLECTABLE AND SOULFUL" RCA CD's were great, it would be good to have the same done with the MGM recordings!

Great choice of Label this week roger, i suspect this will be a long thread, here a couple of my favesthumbsup.gif

Thanks Malc, Thanks Harry.

Looking forward to this one too, It's a shame that Refosoul is down at the moment as it's undergoing an Upgrade.

I have a American football college style jacket with Verve on the back and a V on the front...plus my name...was a promotional gift back in the mid-8Ts, which was nice!
