December 12, 201014 yr 1966 was a great year for " our " music , as the label released these fine recordings ...... True...this one was recorded on February 9th: The Ambers 66VK260/1 Now I'm In Trouble / I Love You Baby They also recorded these two sides on the same day, but they remain unissued: 66VK258/9 The Key To My Happiness*** / Loving You ***- Considering the credits it is safe to assume that this is a version of the Charades MGM classic!!!
December 12, 201014 yr Great choice of Label this week roger, i suspect this will be a long thread, here a couple of my faves
December 12, 201014 yr Ambers also recorded these two sides on the same day, but they remain unissued: 66VK258/9 The Key To My Happiness*** / Loving You ***- Considering the credits it is safe to assume that this is a version of the Charades MGM classic!!! I have thought for a long time that MGM must have some great unrealesed tracks. Like the above record there could be different versions of known records etc.. The "RARE, COLLECTABLE AND SOULFUL" RCA CD's were great, it would be good to have the same done with the MGM recordings! Edited December 12, 201014 yr by Guest
