The Countdown 5 / Uncle Kirby b/w Speculation / Cinema (WOL) EX £50

Killer JA funk version with every ingredient in place, very hard on OG '45 - normally sourced on the easier but indemand LP.

Five By Five / Fire b/w Hang Up / Paula M- £12

Fuzz drenched Mod dancer version of the Hendrix classic with strong funk appeal. Flip is killer as well.

Ivy Peebles / Nothing But Your Shadow / Paula EX (Promo) £12L

ove this - Jazzy Femme Folk Funker with every ingredient in place that would command a fortune if it was on a more obscure label. Check the MP3, record of the list for me.

The Mustard Family / African Sunshine b/w Yesterday's Folks / Buddah M- (Promo) £40

Monster double header from the band that would go on to be US69. African Sunshine is an incessant Funk groove with rolling piano and jazzy undertones that weighs in at a little under 8 minutes. Yesterday's Folks is a kicking Rock/Psych Funk dancer that was reissued by Finders Keepers on 7" - Promo only (Not For Sale) only, this never got massive distribution. Very hard to find.

This Generation / The Children Have Your Tongue / Hip M- (Promo) £60

Hopelessy obscure Psych Folk Funk with eerie Femme vox.

A.M. Gately / Battle In The City b/w Happy To Be Here / Columbia (Promo) M- £40

Very rare big A promo copy of this impossible to find '45. I remember hearing this on an old Vinyl Vulture CD swap and instantly falling in love with it, that was 5+ years ago and this is the only copy I have seen since. Sublime Sunshine Blue Eyed Pop/Soul that just creeps under the skin. The flip is a beautiful mellow little number. Highly recommended.

Mineral Water / Free & Easy / Family Farm M- £75

Private press Psych Funk monster that would cause serious damage at any Mod night. No one seems to know this.

Jesters III / Funky Country / Champ VG+ £40

Sounds like the long lost cousin of 'Pile Driver' by 'Dennis The Fox' - obscure Country Funk with Deep South Presley inspired Vox.

Easy / Amy / JRT M- £35

Sublime Free Soul / Folk Funk / Easy Glide - beautiful '45 that is extremely hard to source, only my second ever copy.

T.K. Hulin / Smoke It / Booray VG+ £20

Superb Psych Funk instro at a very fair price.

Stilroc / Don't Run Away From Love b/w The Loner / Amaret M- £12

Chunky Rock Funk mover with a superb funky version of Neil Youngs 'The Loner' on the flip

Vicki Britton / Shoot Out On The Plantation / Lion (Promo) EX £55

Sultry Femme Country inspired Folk Funk with heavy Hip Hop stlyed beats, Promo only '45 that is very hard to find.

The Crystal Ball / Trans-Love Airways (Fat Angel) / Smash M- £35

Trippy Psych infused Funk with Fat Beats that will have the B Boys in an almighty sweat, immense '45.

Lost Weekend / Trouble / U.S.A VG+ £25

Social consience Psych Funk groover that has made £100 in it's time, hypnotic tune with sweet male vox.

Public Company / Got To Touch Your Face / RCA (Promo) EX £35

Blistering Blue Eyed Soul dancer with strong Funk/Northern appeal, I remember Rod Dearlove selling this as an unknown for £500 back in the day.

Junior Parker / Tomorrow Never Knows / Capitol M- £12

Stoned soul version of The Beatles classic that The Chemical Brothers used to open their DJ sets - hard on '45.

Alex Bradford / Sunday Mo'nin' / Cotillion EX- £8

Laid back Axelrod inspired Soul filled Gospel Funk winner.

Batteaux / Tell Her She's Lovely b/w Wishing My Father / CBS (UK) EX £25

Beautiful UK copy of this sublime Folk/Funk - Free Soul monster, such an uplifting tune and so nice on OG UK '45. Flip is a great folk soul tune.

America / Ventura Highway b/w A Horse With No Name / WB (UK) M- £6

Beautiful UK '45 of with their 2 best spins back to back. Ventura Highway fits so well into the Free Soul bag and Horse is an all time classic.

Harsh Reality / Tobacco Ash Sunday b/w How Do You Feel / Philips (UK) EX £50

Rare UK '45 taken from their indemand Heaven & Hell LP. These are the best 2 sides off said LP by a Country Mile. Tobacco Ash is total killer, sounds like a slightly funked up Traffic jamming with The Small Faces. How Do You Feel is equally as good. Immense double sider.

J

immy Gray Hall / Be That Way / Epic (Promo) £12

Soulful Folk Funker that was discovered by McBride and sounds like it should have been a massive hit, so uplifting.

George Montana / Good Thing Going / Allison M- £30

Sublime Soul fuelled Folk Funker, immense '45.

End Of List.
