Wouldn't normaly post up about "live" auctions, but thought this was OK as the 45 is listed on ebay in the correct section, by one of the biggest dealers and a $99 start price. Appologies in advance to anyone who thought it was a secret !!

Thought it might be a useful discussion as a member on here recently bought a Timi Yuro acetate which I think they later regretted having read discussions on SS (no, not me!)

It's a MEXICAN acetate of Lou Ragland -AMY - on 1 side and Bobby WIlson - VOLT - on the other. This seems an odd combination for an acetate put together in the 1960's.

Sound quality on the clip shows that it's well worn.

What do you think? I'd be well impressed if it's puka but have my doubts!

Any thoughts or info guy's.

well, if you are going to make a scam 45, you would at least make it listenable - this is unplayable...which leads me to think it is ok - though at a later date

If this is an authentic 60s cut acetate by anyone at Mala or Stax I'll show my arse in what was Woolworths window.

I would have thought that any acetate of the Lou Ragland track would have gone by its original title of Travellin' Man.

I think it's just another privately cut emidisc, though I can't ever remember Feels Good being that in demand.
