Pete S Posted September 17, 2007 Share Posted September 17, 2007 Title: delroy wilson - i'm still waiting - coxsone soulArtist: delroy wilsonTrack: i'm still waitingLabel: coxsone Record information:this one is a little hard to categorise, it's by a jamaican singer on one of the great reggae labels, yet it's sounds more like a soul record to me. a long time ago i posted up the cornell campbell version of this track which has the same backing music, i did have this delroy wilson version but to be honest i never bothered with it because i thought the c.campbell version was perfection. well i was wrong, i think this one is even better. please give it a listen. after a minute or so it becomes almost hypnotic. it's beautiful.
