i know it aint up there with betty lavette's or deon jackson's version, but thought i'd post chuck's take, as i believe it to be the first, as it was chuck who wrote it. like deon's and betty's it's those detroit soulsters ollie mclaughlin and dale warren at the helm.

for me betty did the best version, already rightly up there in refosoul, but i see deon's take aint, so will slip that up too, see jock's put up the fabulous flip to deon's version "you gotta love"
