That made me smile as I spent a lot of childhood summers around Fleet Pond :lol:

As someone of limited practical experience I was recently contemplating (as part of my next get rich scheme) erecting a block of flats on marsh land next to Fleet Pond.

Luckily I heard the attached song..........
