Can anyone tell me how to identify a 2nd issue of this track - and when and why it was re-pressed?

I didn't know it had been re-issued. I like it and played it out a couple of times.

I have seen it listed as 2nd issue on one or two lists.

There was some demand for it mid 70s when it was picking up plays maybe that led to the repress.

Not an expert on this 45 BUT the Jamie / Guyden guy's son was based in the UK in the 70's and told his dad all about NS interest in 60's Philly tracks.

Coz of that loads of 45 on labels that Jamie Guyden controlled (Arctic / Phil LA of Soul) were pressed up for a 2nd time.

Guess this was one of those singles.

First issue: light blue label with BLUE text.

 

Second issue: slightly darker blue label with BLACK text.

I think this is later than that - early 80's.  Might be wrong, but was definitely not around when the other Arctics like Volcanos were repressed.
