Anybody else hear the Graham Norton Show this morning , I couldn't believe it when he played Dean Courtney , I'll always need you . In the past though he has played Mel Britt and other Northern tracks I can't remember. I can't believe Graham Norton is a Northern soul fan , so it has to be the show's producer.

I suspect GN, wouldn't know a Northern Tune from a Hairspray Ballad. He just presses a button and his producers do the rest. Bad enough Paul O'Grady claiming to have gone to all nighters,

Friday afternoon, Radio 4 was playing and the Archers came out. Couple in a car were singing along to Frank Wilson..........

Notice mention of Mark Lamarr on the other thread - he used to come to all the Swindon football club soul nights that Scouse ran in the mid 80s, he shared a house with Muff, she was a nighter regular at the time.
