That must have been some venue back in the 60's as the likes of James & Bobby Purify, Oscar Toney Jr, Bobby Moore & Rhythm Aces also played the place back then.

RIP, Jo Jo...one thing I find a little odd. It says that he joined Chuck Willis as a backing singer in the early 1960's...that would be one nice trick if he did that, as Willis passed away in 1958!!
