PS Had this covered up as Carol Mason back in'77, when anything that wasn't immediately known by everyone tended to have a cover-up title. Ah, such innocence!

Boots= excellent

French picture cover copy turns up fairly regularly ... sells between 20-25 for a clean one...

craig moerer has it for about £30. i sold a uk copy on ebay the other week. it made about £18.. went to someone with good taste in germany
