I read somewhere that there is a vinyl version of the Okeh White Demo ... anyone know for sure ? 

My issued copy is vinyl so I'd say there was a demo on vinyl too?

Some later Okeh numbers had both styrene and vinyl issues as promos and stockers.

Don't know that I've ever seen styrene of this—demo or issue.
