Most probably, it was definitely around that time.

 

It's the Out Of The Past boot I need.

It was probably less than a year from its release, was that known at the time? It sounds a lot earlier than it is.

If it was booted on Out of The Past it must have been pretty close to the Torch era, given who was involved with that particular logo.

It was played at the Blackpool Mecca.

I paid £3.50 for it in the 70's and consider it a poor investment in terms of present day record prices. Does it get plays now?

Almost certain it was listed as a new release in an issue of B&S at the time. Although anyone's guess which issue. 

Boot or no either way it's a great side!
