But..

The LP and the French release are the STUDIO version. The one released in the UK was a live version backed by a British band (the Senate I think). Personally, I much prefer the Studio version.

Get the Lp and save a few quid, the French 45 fetching a fair bit these days. The UK take no where near as good IMO. 

See? You learn something new every day. I never knew about this at all, as a collector of U.S. 45s and not LPs....Thanks, everybody! Now I know I would like to find a copy of the French release! Anyone?

The other difference between the French and the UK 45 is you can add an extra zero to the price... good luck!
