Found this on an old cd I was given in 2007, don't know who by, and have been looking for the song .Only Impacts on Discogs are a surfing band so not them. Can anyone throw a light on this song please. Maybe artist is wrong or the title. Thanks.

 

Thanks for that. Same song but Timothy Wilson version is much faster than the one I am looking for which is slower and mellow.

That looks like being the one Trev Thomas. So it did exist. Did it never come out as an issue copy?

Kenny Seymour is probably the lead singer, they had another release on the label as Kenny & The Impacts.  Other release on various labels too. 

The Impacts version is the one I played c/u as the Four Bars back in the 90’s
