For sale this particular record. Issued in France on Tamla Motown in 1965 as an EP . This press, maybe promo or test pressing has the same stamped matrix number as the issue M3 240 623 TMEF 501A21.

Only two tracks on the initially 4 are pressed on A side (no B side)

2 titles are crossed out on the sleeve. 

First time i see this 45 like this. This EP issue is rare
