February 28, 200718 yr ======= GOD AND THEY SLAG WIGAN OFF!!!!!!! THIS IS ONE OF THE WORSE THINGS IVE EVER HEARD IN MY LIFE THEY MUST HAVE PLAYED AS A JOKE ,.....SURELY EVEN I WOULDNT BUY THIS... Yes, Yate was know for it's sense of humour, this was played by Ian Clark, I would play Ian Dury-Hit me with your rhythm stick and Dave Greet play the comedy flip of Coloredman. People would come in fancy dress (Martin Peerman, as Jake The Pake). Yate was very much about having fun, in many ways it was a unique allniter. Some people traveling from the north to it, didn't like it as it wasn't serious enough for them. The late nite card games became legendary, with DJ's losing evrything they had been paid, and more at the turn of a card. It was the time of punk, we were young and wanted to have fun. Great place, great times Edited February 28, 200718 yr by Dave Thorley

Worked for me anyway! Hippo.

So, Jerry what was my left-field stuff then I probably have this wrong but I have it stored in my memory bank that you played stuff like - Booker Newbury III - Love Town, on import ages before its release over here.
