Anyone recommend a converter that works in the browser ?  The ones I used to use now all seem to have gone ?

Just the ones that operate in the browser and not a software download.

Ah. Out of interest, what browser and OS are you using? 

Chrome and Windows 11 I think

Same as me and i use these. I think Youtube doesn't like 3rd party sites doing this so a lot come and go.

Thanks mate but my malware is blocking saying both sites are infected and on a URL blacklist

Mmmm...it supposedly blocked Onlymp3, but it did actually download. Scanned the file, no issues.

 

I just google, and use one in the list it throws up.  Youtube change the coding or whatever every now and then so some stop working

You will get pop ups asking you to add extensions and software etc... , just close them, it'll still do what you need on the home page. 

Download the Opera browser. It has built-in VPN capabilities.

Been using it since lockdown never had any problems but you have to install it on your PC - it's not web based
