The Yellow issue is a hard to find i believe 

Forgot i had 1 but never seen 1 in the wild

Would to get some input if it is or not ........!

Really Great 45, I remember this track was always on the scan sheet for Rob Pheasant's sales list, dont know if he actually had it for sale, but I clocked it quickly but could never find a copy... I'm guessing a Stafford spin?  given the kind of track it is...

"I want to tell you" was a Wigan spin for a few weeks in late 1973.....

Sure I have a copy but I think it must be 30 years since I last listened to it

A search on Popsike reveals a few more than the Demo sold over the years on Ebay

Agreed but where not getting any closer to the point of the thread just stating from these 2 sites don't give us an even close answer !

I have the White DEMO, Yellow Stock Copy and the Official Re-issue.

The White DEMO and Yellow Stock Copy were from Soul Bowl.

Most records that I bought were in Excellent to Mint condition

but the Yellow Stock Copy although it plays OK is of a lesser grade.

It looks to have been well played and not from a Warehouse find or Radio Station source.

(The name of the previous owner written on the label)

I suspect that it may well have been more difficult to find the Yellow Stock Copy in any quantity and in pristine condition.

It made me think that the Yellow Stock Copy was perhaps the rare one.

Now we have the internet, that position may have changed from copies now available and  purchased at the time it was released.

Mines the yellow issue purchased around 74
