Is it just me, but does this sound like Petula Clark?

If this was played to me today and I had never heard of it before then I would certainly guess at it being petula Clark,even the production is similar to her 60’s stuff! But then again a lot of females sound like this on 60’s stuff,especially on this typical 60’s production!

She is definitely not Petula Clark under another name. 

Plenty of history and photos on Discogs and elsewhere online to allay any fears of it being Pet Clark ...
