hello all ,is this for real??? is this an original and what is this film "the all together" all about ??? also can be signed by mr burdick,hope the link works ok if not its e-bay item,

"These are Doni Burdick's two A sides from his Sound Impression releases put

back to back. They were probably done at the same time as the SI releases

and used the same plates & mastering, including ARCHER stamp.

This has always been much harder to obtain than the standard SI release

(A comparable anomaly would be Frank Beverly on Rouser)"

looks like they are being sold by doni and the money goes to him, so i would suggest purchasing it to support the artist.

hello kevin and all,do you think this is a legal reissue??? if so at $240 starting bid or $480 for b.i.n. is it a bit pricey,any info on the film??,i met mr burdick last year at a soul do at cambridge city fc and he is a real nice bloke and very informative...soulie55..

The seller is a friend of Doni's and that is why he can get them autographed - pretty sure he is selling them on DB's behalf as he has auctioned stuff before for him. I could ask Doni when they were pressed but not sure he will know the exact year although its fair to say it was years ago and he kept a handful of copies. I've got the original stamper for Open the door to your heart hanging on my wall at home. As for the film it seems a few Northern tracks have been used in it although reading the description of the film I'm not sure where the Northern Soul connection comes into it have a look here for details https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0450238/
