As far as I know, there are at least four known copies: one in UK, one in Japan, one in Norway, one in France (not mine btw)

Quite bizarre that a record this rare was issued twice with differing label layouts and seemingly 16 months apart!

Yes they are!

They had one other 45 as well, I used to have a copy, here's a scan of it, sadly I don't have any audio handy although it's probably on an old cassette tape if I look hard enough.
