He was really a recording member of the impressions throughout their cotillion period, though, he replaced Ralph Johnson who formed Mystique.

Chris says it's definately a CLEETHORPES tune, so there, having only been to the Mecca a few times, compared to Cleethorpes, it is where we heard it when we were young. but like others it depends on where you were when you first heard it, what we need to know is who first played it?? chris

May 18, 200816 yr I've no doubt that it was premiered at Blackpool or Cleethorpes. In 1977 I went almost exclusively to St. Ives, so it's normal that I associate all these Mecca, Wigan, Cleethorpes monsters with that venue.
