always liked this...never picked a copy up when they were around few years back,...have,nt seen one for a while,nice demo too.

Quite a nice track.

Its on Kent's CD King Northern Soul which is packed with lots of gems from this label my favourites being the Stratoliners "What do you want with my love" and Shirley Whals "Why am I crying" and Mary Johnson "These Tears".

Bit of an aquired taste I think. Everytime I've played it to someone they've either loved it or been horrified.

Personally think it's good, would sound great played out through a proper system, just think the voice lets it down a bit during the chorus, bit weedy - Ray Pollard/Roy Hamilton at the front and it would've been a belter!

Think the Demo's probably worth the same. Maybe this 45 is getting harder cos' it took me a while to obtain one. Johnny Manship lists at £75.

I have played it lots out,never had a bad reaction .

I agree great record but wouldn't like to attempt to dance to it would have a heart attack I think!!
