It was originally released on VIRGITONE in the mid-60s.

The COSMIC release is a reissue from the mid-70s (1976 if I remember correctly).

Have no idea what an original copy goes for, but the reissue can be bought pretty much any week of the year on eBay for $20-$40.

Yes, 100%...yellow label with black plain typical West Coast looking font.
