HBR and St. Clair are different cuts. St. Clair was the first issue in the U.S. , where it became a local hit in Pittsburgh, then picked up by the national HBR, who flew the group over to the West Coast to rerecord it, and record an album at the same time.

Can remember hearing this played over a Hanna Barbera cartoon many years ago.

Only saw it the once but was of a guy walking down a road if memory serves correct.
