Posted October 7, 200519 yr Would be great if we could get all promoters to get in the habit of posting up set-lists. Always interesting to read I am sure you all agree. You can review the events in the events section but it would be nice to discuss set-lists in this section. Cheers Shane

October 8, 200519 yr Nobody's forcing you to read them... some people like to read big lists of everything that's been played round the country at the weekend and I'm sure they'd appreciate them all being in one topic. Some people find this incredibly boring so I imagine they'd appreciate knowing which topic to avoid!

I like to see who is playing what and where .. helps me decide which venues to go to .. don't really want to read all the articles though sometimes so I think it's a good thread Shane

October 9, 200519 yr Think it would be a bit repatative to do this when there is already a section for event discussion which includes set lists Events threads can soon get lost especially with the number of events discussed on here. Wasn't that long ago a topic was started every week for play lists.
October 9, 200519 yr Think it would be a bit repatative to do this when there is already a section for event discussion which includes set lists I'm not sure, I think it's pretty good to have all the set lists under one thread, as well as in the event thread. Means you don't have to trawl through the in-jokes and discussion to read the playlists. Power to the boring gits and anoraks I say Like Chalky mentioned, we had a new thread every week with the weekend playlists a bit ago and they always got a lot of interest. I stopped posting mine because it was the same every week - I just had to cut & paste it! Jamie Edited October 9, 200519 yr by Jamie

October 10, 200519 yr seems a bit daft to post up a set list before a gig as until I appear somewhere and listen to what is played, I try not to duplicate wherever possible other djs plays. Doug Edited October 10, 200519 yr by MAKEMVINYL

October 10, 200519 yr dont want to duplicate what the local jox or other guests are playing to save on repeat plays simple or so I thought Doug this thread is about what you played not what you are gonna play mate. dont worry...you can't re-write history in football terms it's a match report not a fixture list doug. so feel free to let us know where and when you played and add your playlist. cheers doug Shane Edited October 10, 200519 yr by ShaneH
