Bl**dy Ebay Bl**dy Ebay Bl**oody Ebay
HOLY BL**DING MOLY In addition to the problem described above I now have another one. Record graded as NM no marks/scuffs/defects labels perfect etc.. looked as good as the day it was pressed selling price £9.99. I only visually grade records that are less than a tenner I don't think I would live long enough to play grade everything. The buyer admits the record is visually perfect but plays with some noise/crackles which is probably just dust/static noise. What do these people expect from a 30 year old record. I reckon he is just trying it on for a partial refund. Thoughts please. Kegsy

None of the replies so far have helped with the fact that the buying clown has opened a case against me. In fact only Newer has made any really constructive comments, regarding Ebays shipping policies.. What happens now ? As I said I aint posting it for $2 so he can whistle. kegsy

Bl**dy Ebay Bl**dy Ebay Bl**oody Ebay
I recently listed some cheap old crap, pop etc. that I got when buying bulk records. I listed them on U.S. Ebay and, as anyone knows who has done this, there's the problem of getting the postage charges right as U.S. Ebay assumes the seller to be in the U.S. Anyway I put the correct postage ($8 to U.S.) in the item description. Someone bought a record for $0.99 yes 99 cents, so I invoiced him for $8.99, he said the shipping stated was $2 as that was what the Ebay default is. I told him he wont get the record unless he pays the $8 shipping and if he wanted to cancel the order that was fine.. He has opened a case against me and is insisting I ship it for $2, (fat F*cking chance). Anybody else had similar problems. Kegsy

Did All Uk Pressed 45S Have Centers?
Spider centres in UK terms are the separate plastic pieces that are snapped into large centre holes so they can be played on standard LP size spindles. As these images. https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=record+adapter+images&newwindow=1&hl=en&qscrl=1&rlz=1T4DSGL_en___PT417&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=STwwUtTsMIWN7Qbes4DAAg&ved=0CC0QsAQ&biw=1366&bih=628

Did All Uk Pressed 45S Have Centers?
Interesting article as to why U.S. 45s have a large centre. https://www.alancross.ca/a-journal-of-musical-things/2012/4/15/why-is-the-hole-on-a-45-rpm-record-so-big.html

Did All Uk Pressed 45S Have Centers?
Given that the U.S.A.is usually in front of most countries, when it comes to technology and RCA invented the 45 in 1949 according to Wiki. A better question is why didn't all 45's, in all counties, follow the U.S. and have the large hole centres ? Begs the question did any early (1950's) U.S. 45s have small (British size) centre holes ? Obscure/odd Record - Anybody Know This ?
Looks like this is an elusive one so here's more info. Both sides produced by Harold West An Omni-Muse Prod. Both sides executive producers Joseph Davidson & James P. Toschi. That's all there is on the label. Its kinda Mod/Beat type versions of the songs. Kegsy

Obscure/odd Record - Anybody Know This ?
The Superiors First I Look At the Purse B/w Loves Gone Bad Auger records White Plains New York Cant find anything on the web except a copyright listing for the release in 1986. Cant see it being the "What would I Do" Superiors although I believe they are from New York. Probably a white or mixed race group by the sound of it. Anybody else know anything about it. Kegsy
