Another old Cleethorpes spin still going strong years later , quality record

It's rare , regularly use to go for £150 + , a couple of years back , double that when it was discovered , nowadays it's about people not wanting to sell it from their collections as it just does'nt turn up anymore , I would say it will still command three figures even in the current financial climate

Been offered this album today from a mate in the states , he's clueless re current price and so am I , fair price wanted by both parties , Vinyl / Cover NM / EX any ideas !!!! ????
