The blaxploitation movie that never was or was it !! Delilah Moore , nightclub scene , singing " It Takes Love " , got the soundtrack , cheaper than her 45 !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I seem to remember this coming out late 80's and getting spins , who discovered it and what was the cover up name ?

Picked up a Canadian copy of this years ago , great looking labels and Phonodisc sleeve
