He was a songwriter and producer. Some on here will be familiar with another one he wrote, Ernie Washington - Lonesome Shack

It's fairly recent reissue, you can tell by the fact it doesn't have the address of the record company at the bottom of the label. (White demos of the original press don't have the address on too)
