  4. Another fantastic frantic track is International Kansas City Playboys "Everybody's Goin' Wild": Or Big Maybelles Quittin time. Reminds of the old days at Ace Club in Gothenburg. It had to be this fast. That Belgian collection with Int City Playboys, King Coleman - Hang it up , New youk city baby was the hottest CD to have . Great days those back in the 90´s...... ^_^
  5. I am very familiar with that problem Soulof! * Good you understand my problems Bj¶rn I think my rarest record is The Spoilers - Hey Little Girl on Tobin Haven't heard that one played out ever. Does anyone know anything about it? * What I know is that you bought it from Conny. Hope this helps Spoilers is brilliant btw ! . I´ve asked on soul talk forum bu no response. Guess quiet unknown. Sounds like it with right exposure and with that great messy arrangement could have gone big on the northernscene in the 80´s or so ??
  6. Hi Shane, as being an abroad northern soulie this has been the the natural daily issue to deal with since the days we started with this thing. to convince new people. Most people here are grown either with hardrock (myself included ,first Lp Helix - walking o razors edge, Canadian ) or pop/synth music. Sadly its quiet a big step /took me a few days as well) to go over from this modern produced white very average poor music to the from above so superior created black or in some cases white soul music. Today its prob even harder with all crappy stuf around ( bad hip hop ao) , I think you have to find really searching people with the biggest heart to even start trying introduce this No 1 music to people. Otherwise don´t bother. its just a waste of time. thats my simple advice. See you next Soul or Nothing I hope !!
  7. for me Icemen - Its time you knew ole 9 blue vinyl without question ( have had to turn down several birds due to lack of free spare time after purchasing this to be honest ))

Hi ! thanks for answer. also heard that Levine story. Producer did a really good job. I asume it was a hit at the Mecca since its on the CD or ?? Looks like a bit of mystery if someone else hasn´t anything more about this. Don´t think its mention as a boot in JM´s guide. Only we know there are two dif versions of it. Also have the version that is the same as the one on the CD and it stands as a Prom copy

Hi have the Diane Jenkins - I need you Cr. Funk myself and a mate of mine also bought one. On he´s theres a talking intro though and its even a bit funkier. Is this simply a later release or so or what is the reason that they differ ?? anyone that can shade some light to that ?? Cheers Soulof
  25. Can you recommend anybody in Copenghagen, Denmark? * IMO there are better ones if you cross the bridge over to Malmoe . The sexiest ones are situated in Gothenburg though
