NS on utube is 99% a huge embarrassment imho !! awful scans and pictures and awful sound quality on most of the crap up there !! Even loads of the video is awful and as utube is supposed to be a video/tv site anyway !! so do wonder why folk get away with what is blatantly just posting up a poor music file ! Don't use it myself and if i did it would be from behind dark glasses ! Ian.

Yes see mainly jetstar yellow wax but I'm sure someone told me that they do Excist so would be nice to see one !!

a lot of the real white demo's have a small dirty mark on the label directly above the matrix !, suppose from years of buyers rubbing with their fingers to check it's there lol, seen loads of these in my search for a 100% minter !!

yes it looks like a bootleg, my demo has "queen of fools" in much larger writing then her name & says promotion copy on rhs not on left like that one, colour of the H on Hickory looks wrong too Ian.

you have to buy ringtones for an iphone , or did, itunes have limited soul tones but i managed to find "the way you do the things you do" by the Temps as best uptempo they had at the time !

there are some lookalikes around but they do look awful !!, ie the marvin gaye - love starved heart g/w one ! if anyone interested i have a small pile of tmg g/w dj's for sale !! all real un's lol Ian.

i have a few of the rush sleeves, i used to keep US demo's that had no company sleeves in them lol, also have one of the HMV rush sleeves, got them off a uk dealer a few years back wrapped round cheap uk 45's ! trouble is if you flood ebay with them now they will fetch peanuts Ian.

phew glad i sold all my googa mooga 45's a few years back, the sleeves weren't that nice imho, can't remember playing any of them out though as had Eddie P on Ashford at the time (probably still got it somewhere) Think Dave's right and leave well alone !!, i think they can be played out as OVO as euro copies no problems ! I did some myself on my left arm when i was 14, it said Northern Soul - Ian - OK on 3 lines on a bit of a funny angle !!, my folks went balistic so off i went to Rhyl and paid £4 to have it covered with an eagle that looked 10 times worse !! needless to say my folks went even more balistic !! years later i sat in a tattoo shop in London having a panther fighting a snake on my right arm to match things up and he had just finished the panther when then old bill marched in and closed the shop due to a bomb threat !! Never did get it finished lol Had a horse done on the Isle Of man inside right arm then 4 years later had the horses ears added while out in Belize, also have the ex wifes name on my ass so everytime i take a dump i think of her lol. so now at the tender age of almost 53 i am still undecided on what NS tattoo to have, it's going to get done but what to get i have no idea yet !!! Did have my Dad's initials & dates put on my back in Skeggy last Sept and boy did i suffer !!, it went all manky and oozed puss and white crap for months, only just settled down to normal !! Ian.
