seeing the out-takes on the wigan video,,theres no greater site than the floor being rammed at the casino ive seen some pics of the casino on the net but not many of the dancers are there any about??

======= just attended a brill niter last weekend great mix of dj's old and new playing great records to a packed floor all night the scene doesnt need cds/laptops/mp3s we need to keep the scene special like its always been appreciate your views on the vynil by the way,,if a 45 has cue burns you get another one - easy!

============ absolutely bang on brian trouble is mate,,doing a forgotten oldies spot is like doing a newies spot if u have a room full of punters who dont go very often.. you have to rely on the odd one striking a cord with someone and the word spreading this has worked for me at the Marrs Barr allniter where ive managed to pull a few from forgotten obscurity...lost family,little beaver.jackie edwards and indeed the paramounts etc...plus a few of my instrumentals of course!

==== hi ezzie ive spent 20 years of collecting forgotten wigan casino spins and there are 100s that never get played and ARE good too! more recently ive been doing the same with mecca oldies too hence my leanings towards 70s at the moment but as some are so old and forgotten they still seem new and take an equal time to 'break' as a newie plus its great fun too!
