  1. I was also chasing an INV501 UK demo a while back. Mick Smith reliably informed me that there isn't one as we know them, ie like INV502 and beyond. Why I don't know - rushed out or labelling probs. There is/are white label demo's with INV501 in the run-out. I seem to remember he also said he has an INV501 acetate matbe. I'm sure someone on here will correct me. INV502 demo is quit hard as well. Cheers............. Tom. Banbury.

  7. Hi all, I know the obvious titles on this label. But I have to admit to NOT knowing this one. When I listened to the sound clip associated with this current Sale on a well known interweb site: I was totally blown away by both sides. What a 45. Never heard this played out and have no idea who may be lucky enough to own one - even in three pieces. I remember an Andy Rix article in Record Collector maybe ? from a while back. So maybe he has one ? The bid intervals are the highest I can remember since F.W. came to market. Cheers............ Tom. Banbury.

Has anyone got a copy of the above released in 2009. Must be the 7" please. PM with price and condition.
  21. One track I particularly like from this era is "Where do we go from here?". Probably around 1974 ? Really great vocals right across the scale and that brilliant Philly sound from that time. Why was the Philly sound so memorable from that era ? Was it something to do with Music Studio where it was recorded, the production team, the session musicians - or all of this ? Cheers................. Tom. Banbury.
