Well, I guess you need a bank account and some sort of credit card. I thought most people had a bank account these days? I don't know if I'll get more than £30 for that acetate, but I might and I might not, and it's a hard piece to put a price on seeing what an oddball item it is. Can't you ask some friend to bid for you when there is some eBay item you're interested in?

I very rarely sell anything set sale. I used to do set sale lists but people seldom bought anything even though my prices were sensible, so I decided that it was a waste of time and started using eBay instead. It works great for me and I sell a lot more than I did when I used to do set sale lists. Why can't you use eBay? I haven't sold the "Footsee" acetate yet, but it'll go on eBay within a week or so.

Definitely check out Barney Hoskyns book "Say It One Time for the Broken Hearted - The Country Side of Southern Soul". I really recommend it if you're into the "country" side of soul, there's LOADS out there. Southern soul and country are very closely linked together. Keep in mind that there is a reissue of that Millionaires 45 (with a beveled edge on the vinyl as opposed to a flat edge on the original copies). I've been told that it was made for the vocal group market. The original flat edged copies are quite rare.

If you can offer me an original Kentone copy of "I Won't Let You Go" (in EX condition at least) I will be interested in selling the Dutch copy to you. Failing that, as soon as I get myself a Kentone copy I'll offer the Dutch UA copy to you. The sound quality on "Soon you'll Be Gone" is actually better on the dutch 45 than on the Sunshine 45!

Seems to be two Blues Busters threads going right now. "Can't Believe You're Gone" was originally issued in Jamaica on the Sunshine label (with both wine-red and black labels). I don't know where the Bra label is from, but some people have suggested Canada. It's a very rare record and seldom comes up for sale. Superb tune.

No, because Quinton sold the rights to this track to Fame Records so he is not entitled to license it to ANYONE. Only Fame Records are allowed to license it because they own the rights to the recording (as stated by Tony above).
