This shouldn't be hard Russ, seen loads over last few months. Think last I saw was on Dave Thorley's site for about £40. Try topdogrecords.co.uk but I'm not sure that's correct address..... sure you'll find it anyway

Cover Up Thread - Who Are These
Redcoats Revue is certainly something along those lines, and it is a Carolina tune. I know there's a Redmond Revue on Raven, same label as Lost Souls - this might be it?? Probably worth checking out. Great post Pete fond of this detective work lark

Warps
Was told of 2 ways to remove a warp, but sods law my warped stuff is worth a fair bit so have nothing to try it on.... Here's what to do: (1) The oven ( ) Put the record in a low heat oven for 10 minutes or so. Take it out and flattening it using 2 pieces of glass........... should you be able to find 2 spare sheets of glass (2) The pan ( ) Boil a pan of water. Line inside of pan with something (cloth etc) to avoid record melting on side wall. Turn hob off and put record in for a few mins take out and as it's not squashy hot shape by hand, or again using the glass. Fiver to the first person to try either

Lew Kirton " Just Arrived " Lp,alston W/d
12000 yen is about £58, so I'm best off going with that one, unless you can better the price

Lew Kirton " Just Arrived " Lp,alston W/d
Been after one of these for a couple of months now, in fact it was on a wants list of mine about 2 weeks ago. Price wise not too much I wouldn't have thought: there's a demo on a Japanese sales catalogue for 12,000 yen and I saw one on ebay that made $91 but think that was an issue. Billy

Wanted Please, Lee Fields
Don't know about a rarer pink issue - never seen an A&T copy but if that's it it's definately not as rare as Angle 3 Angle 3's the best one to have anyhow as it's got "Take me back" on one side and "Tyra's theme" on the other, where as A&T only has Tyra's theme. Got one for offers if anyone's interested. Got about 6 after it already so seems pretty indemand... Aggree though it is a great record Billy

Hardest Volt 45'
Don't know I think it's about 1963/64 so it would be an early one. The numbers might have clashed with something else though leading to it been deleted hense rarity.
-
Hardest Volt 45'
Brett next time you see one give me a ring mate. Seen one and I was outbid for a fiver..... Paul Thompson is without a doubt the best in the label (IMO anyway) though probably not the rarest... I would say the hardest was the Drapers - Your love has gone away. Think there are only a handful on Volt so price has to be approaching a grand, especially given that it's fetching close to £200 now on Gee, and they're on ebay fairly regularly. After this I would say either Admirals or the Drapels (not the Drapers) but these two probably only book £150-200. Buy hey what do I know Billykins

Sounds That Should Have Gone Big
I totally aggree Chris. When it starts that intro just makes me thing Bond. Sorry but it just doesn't do it for me. I've had the chance to but this a couple of times at reasonable prices (around $100) and even a demo, but have turned them all down as feel I would never play it. how about this for a "could have been" though... or I suppose a "still might be" THE OCCASIONS - THERE'S NO YOU - BIG JIM Seems to be bubbling under a bit so it's still promising but I can't see why it isn't already one of the biggest things in the country. Superb IMHO anyone aggree? Booty McBill
