  7. I remember that tattoo vividly... On a guy at Alfreton leisure centre, waiting to be served at the bar, whilst we all waited for Gene Chandler to do his stuff on stage.     MBarrett, A rim click is done by holding the stick midway . Tapping the butt end againstthe rim and at the same time touchingthe head with fingers. A rim shot is when the drum head is struck by the stick, simultaneously with the rim . Hence a loud"crack". A rim click is both subtle and audible, a lovely sound ... As heard on the above track

  22. I played chris clark on opening the box..... You know the feeling of solice and peace? Well i felt that earlier, when i put the needle on the vinyl and there was absolutely NO pops, crackle, hisses or any other noise whatsoever! Pure musical delight
