i was just going through the CD & my JW 45s & i think there are a couple more of the Calla sides missing, so that is just one of the missing ones I suppose. Does seem a bit odd to not put everything on there though, but there must be reasons.

I think from memory the Soul Brothers 45 is on vinyl. Also, the boots of some of the Wand things are obviously vinyl, there is a Isley Bros "Twist & Shout" boot which springs to mind.

yeah, Wayne Cochrane is great, he's a fairly well known artist I thought? anyway, i always think of him as the blonde James Brown there was a cool pic of him & Otis Redding tucking into fried chicken together love his records

not sure if it applies to this 45 but usually with Alston green is first, the local (non-Atlantic dist) presses of other titles on the label are I think all green.... so theoretically for this 45 there may be 4 variants: local green label non-Atlantic dist (if one exists for this title), white label Atlantic-dist promo, Green label, Red label..... I'm just assuming though on this one......

apparently if your copy is blue then it's the original, if your copy is red then it's the original & blue copies are bootlege mine is red a great cheap 45!

yeah, agreed, looks weird but the fact it is from the All Platinum era of Chess could make it conceivably legit.... interesting.
